Capital Programme – Monitor 3 2025/26

Resolved –That Executive

a) Recommends to Full Council the adjustments resulting in a decrease in the 2025/26 budget of £23.432m as detailed in the report.

Reason: To enable the effective management and monitoring of the Council’s capital programme.
